Roti goreng ayam

Warm savory snack that is made from bread. Filled dough savory chicken and vegetables. Breaded and fried dried. It was more fun krenyes savory and eaten warm with mayonnaise dip. Create for breaking

ingredients:
4 slices white bread rectangle, remove edges
cooking oil
ragout:
1 tbsp butter
20 g onions, finely chopped
100 g minced chicken
50 g carrots, cut into small pieces
4 pieces of green beans, finely sliced
1 tbsp plain flour
200 ml fresh milk
 ½ teaspoon pepper
 ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tsp salt
coatings:
1 egg, beaten flat
150 g coarse flour panir

How to make:

ragout:
Saute onion until wilted.
Enter minced chicken, stirring until it changes color.
Add carrots and green beans, stir until wilted.
Sprinkle with flour and stir well.
Pour the milk, stirring until thick.
Add seasonings and stir. Lift.
For the ragout into two parts.
Spread 2 slices of bread with each piece ragout.
Cover with a piece of bread.
Cut each diagonally up into 4 parts.
Dip each in beaten eggs.
Cover with bread crumbs until blended.
Let stand until slightly dry.
Fry in hot oil until golden yellow and more.
Drain. Serve warm.
