Membuat roti Tawar sederhana

jika anda ingin membuat roti tawar sendiri resep berikut ini pasti sangat bermanfaat

Basic Recipe ingredients:
600 grams of high protein flour
9 grams of instant yeast
40 grams of sugar
30 grams of milk powder
350 ml of ice water
60 grams of white butter
1 1/2 teaspoon salt

Processing Method:

Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and milk powder. Stir well. Pour ice water a little while diuleni until smooth. Enter white butter and salt. Knead until elastic. Let stand 30 minutes. Kempiskan dough.
Weigh 180 grams respectively. Round shape. Let stand 10 minutes.
Milled into thin strips. Roll while compacted and pressed. Milled again and roll.
