Resep Roti sobek

cara membuat roti sobek sederhana
300 grams of high protein flour
100 grams of cake flour
1 1/2 teaspoon seasoning spekuk
1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
15 grams of milk powder
75 grams sugar
2 eggs
125 ml of ice water
75 grams of margarine
1 teaspoon salt
125 grams of raisins
Evaporated milk 2 tablespoons for sprinkling
1 tablespoon coarse sugar for sprinkling

How to make:
1. Mix flour, spices spekuk, yeast, powdered milk, and sugar. Stir well. Add egg and ice water a little while diuleni until smooth. Enter the margarine and salt. Knead until elastic. Add raisins. Knead again until raisins spread. Let stand 30 minutes.
